fa حق بر شادی کودکان، جلوه ای از حقوق بشر در عصر مدرن The Right of Happiness for Children, The Manifestation of Human Rights in Modern Times پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL">حقوقبشر بهعنوان یک رویکرد جهانی دارای ابعاد مختلفی است که بهطور مشخص، حقوق کودکان و از جمله حق بر شادی یکی از ابعاد آن به شمار میرود. این رویکرد، بهویژه با ظهور اعلامیهها و کنوانسیونهای مختلف جهانی در زمینه دفاع از حقوق کودکان رواج بیشتری به خود گرفته است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، نگاهی به حق بر شادی کودکان به عنوان یکی از جلوه‌های مهم حقوقبشر در دوران معاصر است. بر این اساس، سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که مهمترین راهکارها برای تحقق حق بر شادی کودکان کدام هستند؟ در همین راستا به نظر میرسد توجه به خصوصیات و رفتارهای طبیعت دوستانه کودکان، فراهم کردن شرایط مشارکت اجتماعی کودکان، ایجاد شرایطی برای شکلگیری شهر «دوستدار کودک» از جمله راهکارهایی است که میتواند راه را برای دستیابی کودکان به حق بر شادی فراهم سازد. ضمن اینکه، کاستن از نقش مردان در ساختن فضای شهری و توجه به خصوصیات عاطفی و احساسی کودکان در طراحی محیطهای اجتماعی، آموزشی و شهری نیز میتواند نوعی حمایت از حق بر شادی کودکان بر مبنای رویکردهای حقوق بشر جهانی در این زمینه تلقی شود. با توجه به هدف پژوهش حاضر، رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی به عنوان روش پژوهش حاضر انتخاب شده است که به شیوه اسنادی و کتابخانهای، اطلاعات مربوطه را جمعآوری نموده است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Human rights as a universal approach have various dimensions <span style="font-size:12px;">which are defined as children’s rights and including the right to happiness. This approach, particularly with the advent of universal declaration and convention on protecting children’s rights has become more common. The main purpose of this study is to look at the right to happiness of children as one of the important manifestations of human rights in contemporary era. Accordingly, the main question of this research is what are the most important strategies for realization of the right to happiness of children? In this regard, it seems that paying attention to the characteristics and behaviors of children friendly nature, providing conditions for children’s social participation, creating conditions to form children Friendly City is one of the strategies that can pave the way for children to achieve happiness. Meanwhile, reducing the role of men in building urban spaces and paying attention to emotional and emotional characteristics of children in designing social, educational and urban environment can be considered as a kind of support for children’s happiness based on universal human rights approaches.
