fa اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر از منظر مکاتب فلسفی کلاسیک حقوق بین‌المللی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> عالم حقوق ابزاری برای تنظیم روابط میان اشخاص و تابعان است. بدون تردید در حال حاضر اشخاص انسانی به عنوان اصلی‌ترین تابع حقوق و در عین حال به عنوان غایت حقوق محسوب می‌شوند؛ در نتیجه، حقوق بشر در نظم حقوقی حاکم، جایگاه بسیار مهمی دارد.<span style="font-family:Mitra;"></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> روش تحقیق در نگارش این مقاله به صورت توصیفی است.<span style="font-family:Mitra;"></span><br> <strong>ملاحظات اخلاقی:</strong> در این تحقیق، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نفس مفهوم حقوق بشری با قرائتی متفاوت از قرائت فعلی آن، از بدو تولد اندیشه‌های فلسفی، وجود داشته است؛ اما با گذشت زمان و ورود مفاهیمی مانند دولت، حاکمیت، قانون، حکومت قانون و... نحوه ورود حقوق بشری به فضای اجرایی عالم حقوق دچار تحولات اساسی شده است.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> در اعلامیه می‌توان به وضوح، گرایش به سمت مکاتب اصلی فلسفی، حقوقی و سیاسی را مشاهده کرد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Science of law is an instrument to regulate the relationships between persons and subjects.
