fa بررسی ابعاد تروریسم بنیادگرایانه اسلامی در گفتمان حقوق بشر Investigating the Dimensions of Islamic Fundamentalist Terrorism in the Human Rights Discourse تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: حقوق بشر اصول یا هنجارهای اخلاقی برای معیارهای معین رفتار انسانی است. اساساً حقوق بشر در مورد حق و حقوقی است که شما به‌عنوان یک انسان از آنها برخوردار هستید. هدف تروریسم از بین بردن دموکراسی، حقوق بشر و حکومت قانون است. تروریسم کرامت و امنیت انسان‌ها را در همه‌جا تهدید می‌کند و صلح و امنیت را به‌ مخاطره می‌اندازد. تروریسم بنیاد گرایانه اسلامی نوعی از تروریسم است که با مدرنیته مخالف است و به برتری ذاتی عقاید، افکار و برنامه‌های دینی اعتقاد دارد و هدف آن از میان بردن حقوق بشر می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش تحقیق در این نوشتار، توصیفی-تحلیلی است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: ملاحظات اخلاقی مربوط به نگارش متون و نیز ارجاع‌دهی به منابع رعایت گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها: یکی از بحث‌های بنیادین در حقوق بشر، جهان‌شمول و نسبی بودن آن است. به عنوان مثال حق کرامت انسانی، حق حیات؛ در مقابل نسبی‌گرایی حقوق بشر مطرح است که به آیین، فرهنگ و... بستگی دارد. تروریسم حقوق بشر را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و ارزش‌های آن از جمله حق حیات و آزادی را مورد هدف قرار داده است. تروریسم با ارزش‌هایی که اساس منشور ملل متحد و دیگر اسناد بین‌المللی است، مبارزه می‌کنند. ارتباط مستقیم تروریسم با اسلام با وقوع حادثه تروریستی 11 سپتامبر در سال 2001 توسط سازمان القاعده شکل گرفت و از عرصه فکر و اندیشه به عرصه عمل رسید. این حادثه تروریسم را به مذهب، علی‌الخصوص اسلام پیوند داد. نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که تروریسم بر بهره‌مندی از حقوق بشر و کارکرد جامعه تأثیر می‌گذارد، دولت‌ها می‌بایست اقداماتی را در راستای مقابله با آن اتخاذ نمایند. از آنجاکه تروریسم تأثیرات سویی در بهره‌مندی از طیف وسیعی از حقوق بنیادین بشر به جا می‌گذارد، دولت‌ها نه تنها محق بلکه موظف به اتخاد اقداماتی مؤثر در راستای مقابله با آن هستند.   Background and Aim: Human rights are moral principles or norms for certain standards of human behavior. Human rights are basically about the rights and entitlements that you as a human being enjoy. Terrorism aims to destroy democracy, human rights and the rule of law. Terrorism threatens the dignity and security of human beings everywhere. It threatens peace and security. Islamic fundamentalist terrorism is a type of terrorism that opposes modernity and believes in the inherent superiority of religious beliefs, ideas and programs, and aims to destroy human rights. Materials and Methods: The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytical. Ethical Considerations: Ethical considerations regarding the writing of texts as well as references to sources were observed. Findings: One of the fundamental debates in human rights is its universality and relativity. For example, the right to human dignity, the right to life, and cases like these are for the human race. In contrast, human rights relativism depends on religion, culture, and so on. . Terrorism affects human rights and targets its values, including the right to life, liberty, and so on. Terrorism fights the values that underlie the Charter of the United Nations and other international instruments. The direct link between terrorism and Islam was formed by al-Qaeda on <st1:date day="11" ls="trans" month="9" w:st="on" year="2001">September 11, 2001</st1:date>, and came from the realm of thought to act. Conclusion: Because terrorism affects the enjoyment of human rights and the functioning of society, governments must take action in Actions adopt the direction of confronting it.
