fa بررسی ‌تحلیلی ماجرای‌ بر ‌دار‌‌ کردن ‌حسنک‌وزیر در تاریخ ‌بیهقی ازمنظر جرم‌شناسی و سیاست‌جنایی Analytic Study of Minister Hasanak Execution in Beihaghi History from View of Criminology and Criminal Policy تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: تاریخ بیهقی مهمترین اثر خواجه ابوالفضل محمدبن حسین بیهقی (385 -470 ه.ق) دبیر فاضل و مشهور دربار غزنویان است که در شرح تاریخ آلسبکتگین از آغاز دولت آن خاندان تا اوایل سلطنت سلطان ابراهیم بن مسعود نوشته شده است. این دانشمند با نقل حوادث تاریخی واقعی، ادبی و اجتماعی زمان خود، آموزههای عمیقی درباره علتیابی انحرافات اجتماعی و چرایی وقوع بزه و شیوه های مقابله با بزهکاران را بیان نموده که از رهگذر مطالعه آنها می توان به نظریه ها و اندیشه های نوین جرمشناسی و سیاست جنایی دست یافت. مواد و روش‌ها: روش تحقیق در این مقاله تحلیل محتوا بوده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: تمام اصول اخلاقی در نگارش این مقاله رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: بیهقی در اثر ارزنده خود در ورای روایت ماجرای به دار آویختن حسنک وزیر که ناشی از انتقام، فتنه‌انگیزی و اتهامات بد دینی است؛ به تشریح فضای کیفری حاکم بر جامعه آن زمان پرداخته و افقهای گوناگونی از مفاهیم را با هدف تبیین ساختار مشخصی از سیاست جنایی زمانه را مستندگونه عرضه می کند. بیشتر بیان این واقعیت است که نبود پایگاه اجتماعی و فرایند برچسب زنی و ساختار معیوب سیاست جنایی در جرم انگاری و کیفرگذاری مؤثر بوده است و این مسأله باعث شکل گیری این باور میگردد که رویکرد جرم شناسی و سیاست جنایی به جرم خوانش تاریخی نیز دارد. این بررسی نشان میدهد که در این ماجرای تاریخی بر جلوه هایی از جرمشناسیِ واکنش اجتماعی و نیز به‌کارگیری سیاست جنایی ریسک مدار، تفریدزدا، عوامگرا و سزاگرا تأکید شده است.   Background and Aim: Beihaghi history is one of the most important works of Abolfazl Mohammad Ibn-e Hussein Beihaghi (385-47A.H), famous secretary of Gaznavid court. It has been written about history of Saboktagin dynasty from the beginning of his reign to early monarchy of Sultan Ebrahim Ibn-e Masoud. By citing real historical, socio-literary events of his age, this scientist has stated deep teachings about causes of social corruptions, occurrence of crime, methods of coping with offenders. Materials and Methods: The research method in this article is content analysis. Ethical Considerations: All ethical principles have been followed in writing this article. <pre style="text-align:justify"> Findings & Conclusion: Beyhaqi, in her valuable work, behind the narration of the story of Behdar-Avikhtan-Hasnak-Wazir, which is (caused by revenge, sedition and accusations of blasphemy), It describes the criminal atmosphere governing the society of that time and presents various horizons of concepts with the aim of explaining a certain structure of the criminal policy of the time in a documentary manner. It is more to express the fact that the lack of social base and the labeling process and the defective structure of criminal policy have been effective in criminalization and punishment and this issue causes the formation of the belief that the approach of criminology and criminal policy to crime also has a historical reading.
