fa بررسی تطبیقی حجیّت قطع از دیدگاه آخوند خراسانی، شهید صدر و امام خمینی(ره) A Comparative Study on Authority of Certainty from the Point of View of Akhund Khorasani, Shahid Sadr and Imam Khomeini تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: ذاتی بودن حجیّت قطع از مسائلی است که مشهور اصولیون بر مبنای نظر آخوند خراسانی آن را پذیرفته و در صدد مدلّل نمودن آن با ادله کلامی، عقلی یا عقلایی برآمده و آن را پیش فرض بسیاری از مسائل اصولی قرار داده‌اند اما از نظر شهید صدر و امام خمینی، این دلایل تام نبوده و قابل پذیرش نیست. این نوشتار در تلاش است بر مبنای نظرات اصولی شهید صدر و امام خمینی راه حلی پذیرفتنی و مدلّل در این زمینه ارائه دهد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش تحقیق در این مقاله به‌صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: تمام اصول اخلاقی در نگارش این مقاله رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: طبق مبنای اصولی امام خمینی برخلاف شهید صدر، قطع کاشفیت ذاتی ندارد اما هردو ایشان معتقدند دلیل حجیّت قطع به احکام شرعی که مستند به دلایل عقلی است، به حکم مولوی شارع باز می‌گردد که از مؤدای برخی فتاوی فقهی و اصولی ایشان، چنین استدلالی را می‌توان نتیجه گرفت.   Background and Aim: The intrinsic authority of certainty is one of the issues that the famous jurists have accepted based on the Akhund Khorasani opinion and sought to prove it with theological, rational or rational reasons, and have made it the default of many principled issues, but from the point of view of Sadr and Imam Khomeini, these reasons are not complete and unacceptable. This article attempts to provide an acceptable and reasonable solution based on the principles of martyr Sadr and Imam Khomeini in this regard. Materials and Methods: This article was done based on descriptive method. Ethical Considerations: All ethical principles have been followed in writing this article. <pre style="text-align:justify"> Findings & Conclusion: According to Imam Khomeini's principles, unlike Martyr Sadr, certainty is not inherent, but both of them believe that the reason for the authority of certainty in religious rulings is due to rational reasons, which can be concluded from some of their jurisprudential rulings.</pre> قطع, حجیّت, امام خمینی, شهید صدر, آخوند خراسانی Certainty, Reason, Imam Khomeini, Martyr Sadr.
