fa مصادیق حقوقی و مبانی روان‌شناسی ریاست مرد بر خانواده Legal Examples and Psychological Foundations of Male Headship over the Family تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: خانواده در جامعه به‌عنوان اصیل‌ترین نهاد اجتماعی می‌باشد که با گذشت زمان تغییرات اجتماعی تا حدودی روی این نهاد تأثیر گذاشته است. اما از دیرباز تاکنون همیشه قدرت و ریاست بر خانواده مهم‌ترین ویژگی قابل مطالعه این نهاد مهم بوده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه به روش تحلیلی- توصیفی عمل شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: تمامی اصول اخلاقی در نگارش این مقاله رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها و  نتیجه‌گیری: مباحث این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مطابق قانون، ریاست خانواده به‌عنوان وظیفه‌ای اجتماعی در جهت صلاح اندیشی خانواده و حمایت از اعضای آن برعهده مرد است و علت آن به‌طورکلی، خصوصیت‌های متفاوت مرد و ادای نفقه و تأمین هزینه‌های اعضای خانواده و ضرورت اذن او و حقوقی است که قانون برای او به‌عنوان رئیس خانواده در نظر گرفته است. همچنین از نظر روان‌شناسی بر اساس وجود بعضی از صفات ذاتی در مردان، همچون احساس مسؤولیت، اقتدارگرایی و... مردان گزینه مناسب‌تری برای ریاست خانواده محسوب می‌شوند و این موضوع با احساس رضایت از زندگی و آرامش روانی اعضای خانواده بی‌ارتباط نخواهد بود.   Background and Aim: The family is the most original social institution in society, which has been somewhat affected by social changes over time. However, since ancient times, power and leadership over the family have always been the most important feature of this important institution that can be studied. Materials and Methods: The research method in this article was descriptive-analytical. Ethical Considerations All ethical principles have been followed in writing this article. Findings & Conclusion: The discussions of this study show that according to the law, the headship of the family as a social duty to consider the welfare of the family and support its members is the responsibility of the man, and the reason for this is generally the different characteristics of the man and the payment of alimony and the provision of expenses for family members and the necessity of his permission and the rights that the law has provided for him as the head of the head. Also, in terms of psychology, based on the existence of some inherent traits in men, such as a sense of responsibility, authoritarianism, etc. Men are considered a more suitable option for the head of the family, and this issue will not be unrelated to the feeling of satisfaction with life and mental peace of the family members.   زن, مرد, ریاست, خانواده.
