fa راهکارهای مبارزه با فساد اداری در سازمان‌های خیریه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> فساد اداری در تمامی ادارات و نهادهای دولتی و غیر دولتی امکان‌پذیر است. با این حال، از آنجا که برخی نهادها دارای قداست و احترام خاصی توسط شهروندان هستند، وجود کمترین فساد در آنها می‌تواند موجب نا امیدی و دلسردی شهروندان گردد. از جمله این ادارات، سازمان‌های خیریه است. نظر به اهمیت این موضوع، در این تحقیق راهکارهای مبارزه با فساد اداری در این سازمان مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت.<br> <strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> ‌این پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای و به شیوه‌ی پژوهش‌های توصیفی-تحلیلی به اجرا درآمده است.<br> <strong>ملاحظات اخلاقی:</strong> در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت‌داری رعایت شده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج پژوهش نشان می&shy;دهد که راهکارهای مبارزه با فساد اداری در سازمان‌های خیریه مانند سایر سازمان‌ها و ادارات دولتی، معطوف به عوامل گلوگاهی فساد اداری‌اند و می‌شود بدون توجه به اینکه فساد در چه نهادی اتفاق افتاده باشد، قابل استفاده باشند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> راهکارهای مبارزه با فساد اداری در سازمان‌های خیریه مجموعاً معطوف به سه مورد &laquo;راهکارهای مربوط به حاکمان و صاحبان قدرت&raquo;، &laquo;راهکارهای مربوط به نظام اداری سالم و کارآمد&raquo; و &laquo;راهکارهای مربوط به وضعیت فرهنگی و هنجارهای حاکم&raquo; است. <strong>Background and Aim</strong>: Corruption is possible in all government and non-government offices and institutions. However, because some institutions have a special sanctity and respect by citizens, the slightest corruption in them can cause frustration and discouragement of citizens. Among these departments are Charity Organizations. Due to the importance of this issue, in this study, anti-corruption strategies in this organization will be examined.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This research has been carried out in a library using descriptive-analytical research methods.<br> <strong>Ethical Considerations:</strong> Ethical considerations related to writing texts and referring to sources was observed.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The results show that anti-corruption strategies in the Endowment and Charity Organization, like other organizations and government departments, are focused on the bottlenecks of corruption and can be used regardless of the institution in which the corruption occurred.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Anti-corruption strategies in Charity Organizations are collectively focused on three items: &quot;Strategies for rulers and those in power&quot;, &quot;Strategies for a healthy and efficient administrative system&quot; and &quot;Strategies for cultural status and governing norms&quot;. وقف, فساد, راهکار‌های ضد فساد, سازمان‌های خیریه.
