fa انتقال مالکیت اموال غیرمنقول به دولت Transferring the Ownership of Immovable Property to the Government تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: مالکیت از موضوعات بسیار مهم در حقوق است. مالکیت بر دو نوع عمومی و خصوصی است. گاه به مالکیت عمومی، مالکیت دولت نیز گفته می‌شود. در این نوشتار، اسباب و شیوه‌هایی که اموال غیرمنقول به‌موجب آن‌ها به مالکیت دولت در می‌آید مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: روش مطالعه و گردآوری اطلاعات و یافته‌های پژوهش، توصیفی است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: کلیه اصول اخلاقی حاکم در پژوهش، در تقریر این مقاله رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: متداول‌ترین طریق مالک شدن اموال توسط دولت، خرید آن از اشخاص است. همچنین ممکن است مال غیر منقول توسط اشخاص به دلایل مختلف مورد هبه یا صلح به دولت قرار گیرد. به‌علاوه، ایجاد مال برای دولت، به معنای اجرای پروژه‌های عمرانی با تخصیص اعتبارات دولتی، از دیگر طرق تملک دارایی غیر منقول به‌شمار می‌آید. در نهایت گاه تملک دارایی غیر منقول توسط دولت به‌دلیل سلب مالکیت خصوصی افراد به نفع دولت از طرقی مانند مصادره اموال صورت می‌گیرد.   Background and Aim: Ownership is one of the most important issues in law. There are two types of ownership: public and private. Sometimes public ownership is also called government ownership. In this article, the means and methods by which immovable property becomes the property of the government will be examined. Materials and Methods: The method of studying and gathering information and research findings is descriptive. Ethical Considerations: All ethical principles governing research have been observed in the presentation of this article. Findings & Conclusion: The most common way for the government to own property is to buy it from individuals. Also, immovable property may be donated to the government by individuals for various reasons. In addition, creating wealth for the government, in the sense of implementing construction projects by allocating government credits, is another way of acquiring immovable property. Finally, sometimes the acquisition of immovable property by the government takes place due to the expropriation of private property of individuals for the benefit of the government through methods such as confiscation of property.   مالکیت, مالکیت دولت, سلب مالکیت.
