fa زیر ماسک قهرمانی: تحلیلی بر اشکال نوین جنایت آپارتاید در ورزش تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:#f2f2f2"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Mitra">امروزه در جامعه بین‌المللی تبعیض میان انسان‌ها برمبنای رنگ، نژاد، جنس، زبان، مذهب، عقیده سیاسی، ملیت، وضع اجتماعی و اقتصادی امری نکوهیده تلقی می‌شود و دولت‌ها اگر نه همواره به‌واقع، بلکه ظاهرا در تلاشند خود را مجری سیاست‌های حذف و سرکوب تبعیض نژادی نشان دهند. در ماده </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Mitra">۲</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Mitra"> اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر به‌صراحت حق بهره‌مندی همه انسان‌ها بدون در نظرگرفتن هرگونه دوئیتی تصریح گشته ‌است. احترام به این حق، چنان لازم است که رعایت مسائل حقوق بشری در حوزه ورزشی نیز تسری یافته و اعلامیه جهانی علیه آپارتاید در ورزش در سال </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Mitra">۱۹۷۷</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Mitra"> میلادی به تصویب مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد می‌رسد و پس‌از آن کنوانسیون بین‌المللی ضدآپارتاید در ورزش و منشور المپیک مواضع دقیق‌تری ضدجنایت آپارتاید در <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">ورزش اتخاذ می‌نمایند. در این پژوهش</span> نگارنده بر آن است که با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و با مطالعه کنوانسیون‌های فوق‌الذکر و سایر اسناد بین‌المللی مرتبط به تبیین جنایت آپارتاید در ورزش و اشکال نوین این موضوع بپردازد</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Mitra">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In today&#39;s international community, discrimination among human beings based on color, race, gender, language, religion, political belief, nationality, social and economic status is considered a reprehensible act. Governments, if not always in practice, at least ostensibly strive to present themselves as implementing policies to eliminate and suppress racial discrimination. Article 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights explicitly states the right of all human beings to benefit without any distinction. Respect for this right is so essential that the observance of human rights issues has also extended to the field of sports and the International Declaration against Apartheid in Sports was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1977. Subsequently, the International Convention against Apartheid in Sports and the Olympic Charter adopted more precise stances against the crime of apartheid in sports.
