fa مفهوم و گونه‌های نظارت و کنترل در حقوق ایران پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">نظارت و کنترل از ابزار‌های مدیریتی بسیار مهم برای هر مقام مسوول به‌شمار می‌آید که به‌وسیله آن چگونگی تحقق اهداف از پیش تعیین شده را ترسیم ‌می‌نماید و با اصلاح نقایص و کاستی‌هایی که در روند اجرایی مشاهده می‌کند، موجب پیشگیری از انحراف ‌‌می‌شود. مدیران کلان و کارآزموده در ساختار مدیریتی کشور با بکار بردن ابزارهای نظارتی لازم، ضمن رعایت قوانین و مقررات مربوطه و افزایش انگیزه‌ی خدمت و رضایت‌مندی شغلی پرسنل، انضباط را نیز در زیرمجموعه‌ی خود نهادینه می‌کنند. این فرایند موجب پیشگیری از تخلفات احتمالی افراد و سازمان‌های اجرایی و حاکمیتی و نیز اصلاح امور و کاهش هزینه‌های نهاد‌های مزبور می‌گردد. بر این اساس مقاله حاضر با استناد بر برخی متون دینی و همچنین قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، ضمن تبیین مفهوم کنترل و نظارت و ابعاد متصوره بر آن و نفیِ وجودِ مراجع نظارتی متعدد، بر لزوم حاکمیتِ یک نهاد مستقل در کشور برای تمشیت امور نظارتی تأکید نموده است.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Supervision and control are significant responsibilities of any governmental authorities, by means of which the process of accomplishing predetermined objectives are planned. Moreover, by considering the amendment of the observed flaws in the process of executive routines, corruptions are prevented. Using the necessary supervisory means, following the relevant rules and regulations, and increasing the employees&rsquo; motivation and satisfaction, experienced managers introduce and institutionalize discipline to their workplace. This could lead to the decrease of violations and possible crimes committed by individuals, administrative and governmental organizations, and the reduction in the expenditures.
