Abstract Background and Aim: The origin of white marriage is Western societies. White marriage is a form of cohabitation in which a man and a woman, without the intention of marriage, enter into a marital relationship outside the sharia, legal and customary framework. In this type of marriage, the rules and conditions of marriage are not observed correctly and its supporters do not believe in sharia and legal marriage. This study focuses on answering the question of whether white marriage is correct from the perspective of jurisprudence and law? The narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), consensus and reason have been compiled in a documentary manner and by referring to the verses of the Holy Quran. Materials and Methods: This research is a descriptive article. Ethical Considerations: Ethical considerations regarding the writing of texts as well as references to sources were observed. Findings: Findings show that white marriage is a form of debauchery and the promotion of adultery in society and hitting the family system, which is condemned and based on the verses of the Qur'an, hadiths, consensus and Muslim manners, intellect and practical principles. White marriage is rejected and void. According to the Islamic Penal Code, those who commit such a relationship will be sentenced to adultery and illegitimate relationship. Conclusion: In Iranian Islamic society, white marriage is void and a crime.
