Citizenship Rights and Human Dignity in the Light of the Holy Quran

Background and Aim: Man is a creature that is different from other creatures in creation, and this difference is in the power of reason. The Qur'an considers the right of dignity for human beings and considers the right of human dignity valid and attaches special importance to it. Protecting and protecting the rights and dignity of citizens is one of the main duties of rulers.
Materials and Methods: The research method in this research is descriptive-analytical.
Ethical Considerations: All ethical principles have been observed in the writing stages of this research.
Findings and Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that dignity is one of the natural, fundamental and human rights of human beings, which has a special importance that is accepted as a principle of the holy religion of Islam, and a lot of emphasis has been placed on this issue and no government can deprive its citizens of it. One of the important duties of the Islamic system is to create a suitable platform for citizens to benefit from all the material and spiritual capacities that God has placed in the existence of man and the world of creation to ensure happiness and excellence. |
