								  | Artificial intelligence, as a set of technologies and algorithms that are capable of learning, analyzing data, making decisions, and performing complex tasks automatically, has created a huge transformation in many fields. In the field of environment, these technologies have the potential to help better manage natural resources, prevent pollution and environmental crises, and increase the efficiency of protection policies. This research aims to investigate the application of artificial intelligence in the development of environmental law based on Iran's legal capacities using a descriptive-analytical method and using library and document resources. Environmental law is a set of rules and regulations that aim to preserve, restore, and fairly utilize natural resources and ensure the right of future generations to benefit from a healthy environment. In Iranian ministries, organizations, and legal systems, special attention has been paid to ensuring environmental justice and preventing the destruction of natural resources, and these principles have been crystallized through the country's environmental laws and policies |
