Corruption is a phenomenon that can be observed in all countries of the world, but its extent and scope vary according to administrative, managerial, cultural, social and economic factors and structures. The destructive effects of corruption and its conflict with the interests of society, including the loss of resources, weakening of the economic growth of countries and reducing effectiveness, have led to increasing attention to the importance of the phenomenon of corruption in different countries. The best solution to combat and prevent corruption is to enact clear and unambiguous laws in order to prevent all methods of committing corruption, which are realized in various ways. The formulation and approval of a powerful and clear law requires the existence of an efficient legislative assembly that can prevent the growth of corruption in all areas of a society by enacting correct and preventive laws. Administrative corruption is the illegal use of administrative and government powers to secure personal interests. The phenomenon of corruption has various forms, of which embezzlement, bribery and misuse of government property are well-known examples. Since the most important political capital of governments is the people's trust in the rulers and all types of corruption, especially administrative corruption, undermine this trust, combating corruption in the administrative field is an undeniable necessity. The present study examines the method of social confrontation with corruption. Prevention of corruption can be done in various ways, one of the most important methods is prevention in the form of social confrontation with the phenomenon of corruption, which can provide an appropriate and desirable solution for combating in cases where corruption is spreading in an organized manner.
